Cornerstone Medical Recruitment is seeking experienced Registered Nurses – Emergency Department for contract opportunities across Canberra, ACT and Tasmania.

We are we well known nursing agecny who work with healthcare services across Australia to connect experienced clinicians with suitable contract opportunities. Our travel nursing team supports you throughout the recruitment and placement process, from initial application through to the completion of your contract.

Current Opportunities

Canberra Hospital – ACT

16 positions available

• Contract: 24/09/2026 – 10/02/2027
• Rates up to $76/hr + loading + super
• Accommodation provided
• Travel support
• Tertiary Emergency Department experience required
• ALS and triage competency required
• Adult and paediatric resuscitation experience
• ETEK completion required

Launceston General Hospital – Tasmania

Multiple Emergency Department contracts are currently available:

Package:

• Rates up to $70/hr AM + penalties + super
• $450/week accommodation allowance & dedicated team to book this for you!
• Travel allowance available
• Current AHPRA registration
• Recent Emergency Department experience
• ALS certification
• Triage and resuscitation competency
• Ability to work a rotating roster

About You

We are seeking Registered Nurses with recent Emergency Department experience who are confident working in fast-paced clinical environments and across a range of ED presentations.

You must hold current AHPRA registration and meet the clinical and competency requirements of the relevant facility.
